Please turn off cell phones to preserve the tranquility of your Spa experience.

Serenity Day Spa is a non-smoking facility.

Spa guests may choose to disrobe to a level that is most comfortable for them.

Secured lockers are provided for personal belongings.

Robes and slippers are provided for most services at Serenity.

To ensure that you receive the best possible experience, please check in for Spa services
15 minutes prior to service time. Services may be shortened if you are late.

Serenity Policies

As a courtesy to other guests, Serenity Day Spa requires a
24 hour cancellation notice for all services.
Credit card information is required when booking all services of $50 or greater.
If proper cancellation notice is not given, your credit card
may be charged a $50 or 25% fee (whichever is greater)

All packages must have a credit card on file.
Large packages will require a 25% deposit
which will be applied to the package at time of service.

All guests under the age of 18 receiving massage and body treatment services
MUST be accompanied by an adult.
Children in the Salon area must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
